Return and Exchange Policy

At Kiki by Ishikaagarwal , we are committed to providing our customers with the latest fashion crafted with great quality.

As all our products are made to order, they do not qualify for refunds, store credits, or exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging,

and accompanied with proof of purchase.

Email us at  kikibyishikaagarwal@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving, for replacement request with order number and the reason

If approved, we will facilitate pickup for you,  pack the product back in the box and hand it over to the pickup agent.

Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse 

The item will be replaced with the same product and size, or a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued if a replacement is not possible

To initiate a replacement:
