Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

We deliver across India and offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

  • Within India: Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations/pin codes within India for order values up to ₹18,000.
  • US Orders: A shipping fee of $29 applies for orders below $299 USD. Orders above $299 USD qualify for free shipping.
  • International Orders (Other than US): Shipping charges vary by country. Please refer to the bottom of the page for details on shipping charges.

Custom duties, GST, and other taxes (India):

All prices displayed on the website and mobile app for customers within India are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes and VAT. So, no extra charges will be levied on the customers.

Neither Kiki nor our delivery partners within India will ever request customers to pay any additional duties or taxes directly.

Kindly do not click on any links or respond to emails or text messages asking for payment of GST, VAT or other taxes, as these are not genuine.

Customs & import duties (International):

All of your KIKI orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via ATLANTIC/DHL/FEDEX depending on the delivery location. Due to the nature of international shipping, there will be circumstances where you will be required to pay additional express shipping charges, import/custom duties, and taxes. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with ATLANTIC/DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep, provided any custom charges incurred are cleared. Payment is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint. Once the customs duties have been settled, the shipment is then released and promptly delivered to its destination.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, an order successful message along with your order number will appear on your screen, and you will also receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues in processing your order, we will get in touch with your directly or notify you by email.

There will be a ‘View Order Status’ option highlighted in black at the bottom end of the confirmation email, which can be clicked at any point of time to gather further information about your order.

For Made-to-Order (MTO) products, you will receive automated email updates every 3–4 days, informing you about the current stage of your product.

Order Shipment:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier partner’s name and your tracking/AWB number. You can use this number on the courier’s official website or app (if available) to track your order.

Order Delivery:

The estimated delivery time for each product, whether Ready-To-Ship (RTS) or Made-To-Order (MTO) or Home Production (HP) is mentioned on its product page. We recommend reviewing these dates before proceeding to checkout. Also, there might be an additional delay in delivery if the location of the address is remote or difficult to reach.

Please note that the estimated delivery date may vary depending on the size selected, as certain sizes may fall under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category.

For women, usually the sizes US 0, US 2, and US 14 onwards may fall under the MTO category.

For men, usually the size 36 and then size 44 onwards may fall under the MTO category.

However, the above size list for MTO is not exclusive, and based on the stock availability, some other sizes might also be available under the MTO category.



Change in Shipping Address:

If you notice an error in the shipping address provided at checkout or want to change it completely, please contact our customer support team right away via email at info@kalkifashion.com, live chat, or phone (+9122-489-00416) within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to update the address or redirect the shipment.

Product Insurance:

All our products are insured from the time they leave our warehouse until they are delivered to your address. Once the package is marked as delivered or signed for at the doorstep, the insurance policy is no longer applicable.

If your product arrives damaged or packaging seems to have been tampered with, please contact our customer support team right away via email at info@kalkifashion.com, live chat, or phone (+9122-489-00416) within 24 hours of receiving it.

Miscellaneous:

If the address provided is unclear or incorrect, the package may be held at the courier’s delivery hub or returned to our Kalki warehouse.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. All our products are made to order and are aimed to be dispatched in 15-20 working days from the date of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

INSURANCE

Kiki by Ishikaagarwal insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Kiki by Ishikaagarwal and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
